Ezer Mizion Ezer Mizion, the Israel Health Support Organization, aims to provide medical assistance and social services for Israel's sick, disabled and elderly populations and for all people in crisis. Initiated in 1979 with 8 volunteers, Ezer Mizion now operates out of dozens of cities in Israel with 10,000 volunteers and benefits close to half a million people every year. Ezer Mizion's dedicated staff and volunteer network offer assistance and support and provide warmth, comfort and friendship.

Ezrat Avot Ezrat Avot provides warmth and caring for Jerusalem's most disadvantaged elderly. Senior Day Care/Community Center. Provides a wide range of cultural, social and religious programs, as well as hot home cooked meals daily to the poverty stricken elderly of Jerusalem.

Meir Panim Meir Panim: Meir Panim Soup Kitchens in Israel welcome the elderly & disabled, providing free, nutritious three-course meals in a warm, dignified environment. For those unable to come, meals are home delivered. Other services including free legal & medical counsel are also available.

Mercaz Cochav , a non profit organization based in Ma'alot, Israel , which provides social, educational, vocational and housing services to people with special needs from the Western and Northern Galilee. The principal goal of the organization is to operate and provide services and supportive frameworks for people with special needs (mental, physical and psychological) so they will be able to enjoy a high level of comfort and to function in the community in which they live. Our organization is supported by the Ministry of Welfare, but in order to provide the services at the level that we believe our members deserve, we need to turn to external organizations for financial aid.

The Jerusalem Post Charitable Fund THE FORSAKE ME NOT FUND Donations help make the lives of our senior citizens a bit brighter. The Fund has provided for means for dignity and respect in their golden years, and ensures that they are neither forsaken nor forgotten. Their specific needs have been met through purchases of transport vehicles, provisions at clubhouses, community centers, or a host of specific requirements for the elderly.

Yad Sarah Yad Sarah, the largest voluntary organization in Israel, provides a spectrum of free or nominal cost services designed to make life easier for sick, disabled and elderly people and their families.
